i have been pretty m.i.a. in the blogging world these days. there has been a lot going on in my life as of late! it's funny how life can change so much in such a short amount of time. here are just a few of the highlights of things that have happened since my last post (sorry for the lack of photographs):
- i defended my master's thesis! look for me in the special collections at the byu library or a published speech-language pathology research journal coming soon!
- i finished graduate school! woohoo! you may now all call me master redd.
- i started my clinical fellowship year as a speech-language pathologist at intermountain medical center in murray. love it!
- i am acting relief society president in my ward. surprise!
- steve passed the bar exam. congrats, brother!
- spencer and i have spent some auntie em/spenny bonding time. have i mentioned how much i love that kid?!
- heather, steve, spencer, and i have had a couple of sleepovers. thanks again for letting me crash, guys!
- i road tripped to st. george to see mom, dad, and bryan. it was good to see them. let's just say that it was a "memorable" trip.
- i am moving to salt lake! i'll sign the lease tomorrow and will be moving up soon. highlights of this week include furniture shopping. yikes! i'm not old enough for this!
- i went boating at deer creek reservoir last friday. so fun!
- allen came to town for a visit.
- and there is always the random hang out/friend stopping by/whatever else happens in provo good time.
so yeah. it's been a busy last weeks, but life is treating me well. i feel so blessed!
